COVID-19 Cases Rise by 244 in One Day, Two Deaths Recorded
As of September 19, a total of 47,154 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been reported in Armenia. In just one day, the number of cases has increased by 244.
A total of 42,551 people have recovered from the virus (+182), while 3,390 are currently receiving treatment (+60). Unfortunately, two deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.
There have been no fatalities among patients infected with COVID-19 due to other illnesses reported for the day. A total of 3,737 tests were conducted, bringing the cumulative number of tests to 259,664.
According to the Ministry of Health, the deceased were a 46-year-old woman and an 88-year-old man, both of whom had underlying chronic conditions.
