18-27-Year-Old Women Invited to Participate in 45-Day Military Training: Anna Hakobyan, Prime Minister's Wife
Starting from October 1, applications will be accepted for initial military training exercises for women. The military training exercises are organized under the initiative of Anna Hakobyan, wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, with the support of the Ministry of Defense.
According to Anna Hakobyan's press office, this program is open to female candidates aged 18 to 27. Within the framework of the program, participants will undergo 45 days of training in barrack conditions, acquiring soldier skills. The daily routine for participants will be organized according to the standards accepted in the Armed Forces, following the daily schedule of the military unit, starting with wake-up at 6:30 AM, followed by physical exercises, breakfast, classroom and field training, and more.
Visiting hours, releasing personnel from the military unit's location, leaves, as well as the use of mobile phones capable of audio and video recording within the unit will be prohibited.
Before being enrolled in the program, candidates will participate in an interview, undergo a comprehensive health examination, and psychological testing (assessing candidates' adaptability to service conditions, stress resilience, etc.), after which they will need to pass physical fitness standards.
At the end of the training, an assessment will be conducted for the participants. Those who achieve the best results will have the opportunity to join the Armenian Armed Forces as contract servicemen, under the conditions and locations specified by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and according to the accepted format of the Armed Forces.
Anna Hakobyan will also participate at the beginning and end of the training exercises. Interested candidates can send their applications (a copy of their passport and a resume) to Anna Hakobyan's office at [email protected] from October 1 to October 31.
