Relative of Former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan Charged with Money Laundering
Sergey Minasyan, the son of the aunt of former Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Armen Gevorgyan, is facing charges as a suspect in one of the criminal cases being investigated by the Special Investigative Service (SIS). This information was confirmed in a conversation with NEWS.am representatives from SIS.
He has been charged under Article 190, Part 3, Subparagraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia for features of particularly large-scale money laundering.
