Navalny Removed from Coma
Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny has been removed from a coma at the Charité clinic in Berlin. This was reported by the 'RIA Novosti' agency.
Recall that Navalny's condition sharply deteriorated on August 20 while flying from Tomsk to Moscow. The plane carrying him made an emergency landing in Omsk, where he was hospitalized at the emergency hospital number one. The hospital specialists found no traces of poison in Navalny's body. According to them, the tests only showed traces of alcohol and caffeine. It is known that before the flight, Navalny drank tea at a café in the airport.
On August 22, Navalny was transported by plane to the Charité hospital in Berlin, where specialists later announced his poisoning. Meanwhile, experts from the German armed forces found traces of a toxic substance belonging to the 'Novichok' group in samples of his skin, blood, and urine.
