On September 7, at 16:30, the Regional Crisis Management Center received a report that a building had collapsed in Shatin village. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

An operational group from the Ministry's Emergency Situations Rescue Department of Vayots Dzor Province and two emergency response teams have been dispatched to the site.
