Zakir Hasanov Meets with Pakistan's Chief of Joint Staff Nadim Raza in Moscow

On September 5, in Moscow, Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov held a meeting with the Chief of Joint Staff of Pakistan, General Nadim Raza. Prior to the official meeting with Zakir Hasanov, the Pakistani commander made a gesture that did not go unnoticed.

As they were being photographed before the start of their formal discussions, Nadim Raza took the flag of Azerbaijan in his hands while posing for the camera. Such a gesture from a general of another state signifies that the army of that country is ready to fight under the other nation's flag. In short, it is a sign of loyalty.
