No Bed Availability in Ankara Hospitals as Coronavirus Data is No Longer Published
The Turkish Minister of Health, Fahrettin Koca, has ceased to publish daily statistics on COVID-19 cases since March. Previously, he announced that information regarding the coronavirus would now be available on covid19.saglik.gov.tr, as reported by Ermenihaber.
Following this announcement, statistical data has not been made public. It is worth noting that there has been a sharp increase in new cases in certain regions of Turkey, particularly in the capital city of Ankara. Hospitals in Ankara are now reporting no bed availability for admitting and treating patients.
