Collision in Yerevan Involves Expensive Mercedes of Galust Sahakyan's Son and VAZ 217030 Driven by 29-Year-Old
Today, on September 2, a car accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 1:10 PM, a collision took place on Shinararneri Street between the vehicles driven by 29-year-old Maxim Barseghyan, a resident of Yerevan, in a VAZ 217030 with license plate 60 UU 990, and 47-year-old Gurgen Mesropyan in a Mercedes-Benz with license plate 01 AS 100.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, preliminary information indicates that, fortunately, there were no injuries resulting from the accident.
Reports indicate that the Mercedes belongs to Arman Sahakyan, the former head of the State Property Management Department under the Government of Armenia and the son of former National Assembly President and Republican Party member Galust Sahakyan, who was not in the vehicle at the time.
