The 35-year-old man was located on Nzhdeh Street, taken into custody, and provided confessional explanations.
On the same day, the man was arrested in the Central police department under Article 259 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which pertains to falsely reporting terrorism. An investigation is underway.
