11 Citizens Died from Poisoning After Purchasing Vodka from 'Cognac Ashot'

As previously reported, during the period from August 31 to September 1, 11 citizens died due to 'alcohol intoxication'. According to ArmDaily.am, Ashot Hovsepyan has been selling alcoholic beverages for many years in a small shop located at his home on Republic Street in Armavir city. He is one of the most well-known sellers of drinks in Armavir, recognized as 'Cognac Seller Ashot' or 'Cognac Ashot'. The latter sells drinks by the liter.

It is noteworthy that Ashot Hovsepyan has been arrested. Earlier, it was announced that the Investigative Committee had released a statement indicating that the citizens had purchased vodka from Ashot Hovsepyan, a resident of Armavir.
