New Criminal Case Launched Against Vachagan Ghazaryan and His Wife

A new criminal case has been initiated against Vachagan Ghazaryan, the former first deputy head of the National Security Service's State Protection Service, under Article 179 of the Criminal Code (misappropriation or waste).
