Suspect Wanted for Grave Crimes Detained
On August 27, thanks to joint efforts of the Criminal Police Department, the regional departments of Armavir and Tavush, and the Vagharshapat division, a 36-year-old resident of Ejmiadzin was located in Dilijan and taken to the Vagharshapat police station.
The individual had been wanted since 2016 by the Vagharshapat police for charges including murder, attempted murder, hooliganism, and illegal acquisition, sale, storage, transport, or possession of weapons, military ammunition, explosive materials, or explosive devices.
The precautionary measure applied is detention.
