Rescue Workers Retrieve Body of Citizen from 'Argel HEC' Reservoir

On August 28, at 13:22, the Regional Crisis Management Center received a report that a resident of one of the houses in Karenis village had left their home and had not returned. Subsequently, information emerged that personal belongings and a mobile phone of Ludmila D. (born 1952) were found near the Charentsavan-Alapars highway, close to the bridge, indicating a need for rescue teams to conduct water searches.

This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations. A team of firefighters from the Kotayk Regional Rescue Department and a special rescue team from the Rescue Forces Administration were dispatched to the scene.

In the 'Argel HEC' reservoir, the body of Ludmila D. was discovered. The rescuers retrieved the citizen's body and brought it to the ambulance.
