Three New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Artsakh

According to information provided by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, three citizens have been confirmed with the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Artsakh. Two of the infected individuals are from Martakert, while one is from the town of Chartar. The virus was detected as a result of PCR testing conducted at a border checkpoint.

To date, a total of 274 cases of the new coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 252 individuals have recovered. Currently, 20 are receiving treatment, and 43 citizens are in isolation.

Doctors assess the health condition of two patients as moderately severe. A total of 161 samples were taken for testing. So far, 9,626 sample tests have been conducted.
