Arsen Torosyan Goes on Vacation
By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Health Minister Arsen Torosyan has been granted vacation.
“Guided by Article 9, Part 16 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Article 10, Part 13 of the Law on Regulation of Administrative Relations of the Republic of Armenia, and Article 18, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:
- To provide Health Minister Arsen Torosyan with the unused portion of the minimum annual leave for the 2018-2019 working year and the minimum annual leave for the 2019-2020 working year, including from August 31 to September 18, 2020.
- During Arsen Torosyan's vacation, he will be replaced by First Deputy Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan,” the decision states.
