BMW Car veers off the road and crashes into the barrier

On August 14, at 18:26, the Regional Crisis Management Center received information that a traffic accident had occurred at the 4th kilometer of the highway leading from the traffic police post to Yerevan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A fire-rescue unit from the provincial emergency rescue department of Gegharkunik was dispatched to the scene.

It was found that at the 96th kilometer of the Ijevan-Yerevan highway, a BMW car (driver: Paruyr H., born in 1989) veered off the roadway and crashed into the barrier; there were no injuries reported.

The rescuers disconnected the vehicle from the power supply, removed it from the roadway, and brought it closer to the tow truck.
