Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announces on his Facebook page: "I just had a phone conversation with Lebanese President Michel Aoun. Expressing solidarity and condolences regarding yesterday's explosion and the victims, I offered assistance from the Republic of Armenia to the brotherly people of Lebanon.
The Lebanese government is currently assessing needs, and based on this assessment, the Armenian government will make decisions as necessary."
