Tense Situation: Amulsar Activists Organize a Car Rally

Members of a new watchdog organization have removed the Amulsar defenders' cabin during the night, installing their own in its place. Amulsar defender Shirak Buniatyan informs about the unfolding events via a live stream on his Facebook page.

"The resolution of this 2.5-year struggle should happen today. If some watchdog service can take on functions and open roads overnight instead of the police, which according to the agreement should only protect property, then the people have greater rights," Buniatyan stated in the video.

"We will gather at the taxi stand in Jermuk starting at 3:30 PM and head to our posts at AMULSAR. We are going with our women and children. Any provocation or violence will receive a strong response," Buniatyan announced.
