Azerbaijanis Unrest in Moscow: Assaults and Business Obstruction Discussed by Harutyun Mkrtchyan
Harutyun Mkrtchyan, a political scientist based in Moscow, wrote on his Facebook page, “The manifestations of Azerbaijani hostility towards Armenians continue in Moscow.”
Shortly after making the post, Mkrtchyan added in the comments, “Dear people, I will share information throughout the day. To put it briefly, it’s about assault and again about business obstruction.”
