Major Car Accident in Kotayk Province: Injured Includes a Child
On July 29, a car accident occurred in Kotayk Province. Around 2:30 PM, a resident of Kotayk Province, 31-year-old Arman G., crashed his Opel vehicle into a GAZ 53 truck driven by 65-year-old Gerasim T. in front of the "Akunki Paradise" restaurant complex in Akunk village.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, driver Arman G. and his passenger, 8-year-old Erik M. from Kotayk Province, were transported with injuries to the "Abovyan" medical center. The GAZ 53 truck is registered under the Akunk community's account, and as a consequence of the accident, the road became impassable for some time.
