Fire at Electronics Store Near Artsakh Avenue; Emergency Minister Felix Tsolakyan on Site
Today, the National Crisis Management Center received a report of a fire that broke out at an electronics store located near 42 Artsakh Avenue in Yerevan. A fire risk level of "1-BIS" was declared, prompting the dispatch of four firefighting units from the Fire and Rescue Department of Yerevan, along with operational groups from the Firefighting and Rescue Operations Organization Division and the Medical Support Division. Subsequently, an additional firefighting unit was sent to the scene.
According to preliminary information, the fire is occurring in a rented area of approximately 150 square meters inside a warehouse of nearly 1000 square meters, where electrical equipment is burning. Firefighters are working to remove equipment from the area. As of 17:42, the fire has been contained. Emergency Minister Felix Tsolakyan is on site.
