Two Hospitalized Due to Fire in Karbi Village, Including 9-Year-Old Child
On July 26, at 10:22 AM, the National Center for Crisis Management received a call regarding a gas leak from a 20-kilogram gas cylinder in one of the houses on Second Street in Karbi village, resulting in a fire outbreak.
A firefighting team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched from the Aragatsotn regional rescue division.
It was discovered that the fire was caused by a leak from a 10-kilogram gas cylinder, leading to burns for residents Sargis S. (born in 1987) and Artak S. (born in 2011).
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the injured parties were transported to the Ashtarak Medical Center by local forces and later transferred to the Armenia Medical Center.
The fire was contained by 10:29 AM and extinguished by 10:31 AM.
