Fire Breaks Out at 'Delicious Cottage' Food Point in Arinj Village; Casualties Reported

On July 22, at 23:09, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting a fire inside the fryer at the 'Cottage' food point in Arinj village.

A firefighting squad from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the fire erupted at the 'Delicious Cottage' food point located at 22/10 Acharyan Street.

The fire was extinguished by local forces. A fryer and a suspended ceiling (16 square meters) were damaged.

With the assistance of rescuers, the affected individuals (David A., born in 1991, and Martin H., born in 1996) traveled in their personal vehicle to the hospital in Abovyan, where they received appropriate medical treatment and were later discharged.
