Changes in Inter-State Passenger Transportation by Passenger-Taxi Cars in Artsakh: Decision by the Artsakh Prime Minister
The Prime Minister of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, signed another decision on July 23, modifying the decision No. 1 dated April 13, as well as amending and supplementing decision No. 8 dated April 20.
The beneficiaries of the amendment are individuals registered with the tax authorities who carry out inter-state passenger transportations by passenger-taxi cars, whose exit from the Republic is allowed under a special procedure.
Specifically, these individuals or entities must submit a request in writing or verbally to the Ministry of Economy and Production Infrastructures of Artsakh to obtain multiple exit permits. After reviewing the requests, if the submitted information is considered credible, the Ministry presents the relevant details to the Prime Minister, requesting to allow their exit.
If the request is granted, the Prime Minister issues the appropriate instruction to the Artsakh police, informing the agency that submitted the application.
Upon their return, samples from these individuals are taken at the border checkpoint for testing purposes. Following this, the individuals are required to self-isolate for not 14 but 1 to 2 days, until they receive notification from the Ministry of Health of Artsakh about the negative result of the PCR test.
