Armenian Drones Are 5-8 Times Cheaper but Don't Compromise on Quality, Says Major General Balayan
Next time it will be more difficult for them to strike drones: this was stated today, July 21, during a press conference by the head of the A. Khamperyants Military Aviation Institute, Major General Daniel Balayan.
“There is now a bilateral competition underway: you create something, the opponent tries to counter it, then the opponent creates something, and you try to counter it. After each action, appropriate conclusions are drawn. Neither we nor they are standing still,” he said.
The general also discussed the price differences between Armenian and Israeli drones, declaring that Armenian drones are 5-8 times cheaper, yet do not lack in quality. “The time will come, a somewhat more peaceful time, when we can demonstrate, now we cannot show anything. Because every piece of information acts like pouring water into the opponent's mill. We have inflicted considerable damage on the opponent by destroying their drones. Specialists will sit down and calculate the damage. Our task is to prevent them from carrying out their operations. You might spend 100,000 drams and inflict significant damage, while they could spend millions and still fail to cause us harm,” he emphasized.
