Artsakh President Visits Highest Position at Gomshasar and Conducts Night Duty

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, accompanied by the Chief of the Defense Army, Kamo Vardanyan, visited the highest combat position in Artsakh (and possibly the world) at Gomshasar, which stands at an altitude of 3,724 meters.

This was reported by the president's spokesperson, Vahram Poghosyan, on his Facebook page. “The head of state spent the entire night performing combat duty with the soldiers, closely monitoring the operational situation in that sector of the front line. The president has just returned from the front line. Details of the visit will be published soon. The night has been peaceful both in the direction of Gomshasar and along the entire length of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border.
