According to Reports, Turkish Forces are Recruiting Militants to Send to Azerbaijan
Former advisor to the President of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, made the following post on his Facebook page: “I have come across several reports in the media stating that, according to Syrian sources, Turkish forces have established recruitment centers in Afrin for the militants under their control, presumably to enlist them and send them to Azerbaijan. I do not know how true this is, but I recall that years ago, amendments were made to Azerbaijani legislation allowing non-Azerbaijani citizens to serve in the armed forces of that country. Considering that Azerbaijan has had such experiences, especially during the war of the 1990s, similar information was also present during the April hostilities, Turkey's involvement in this manner cannot be ruled out, nor can it be surprising. One thing is certain: it won't save them.”
