No Need for Volunteer Recruitment at This Time: Ministry of Defense of Armenia
In recent days, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has been receiving thousands of calls and messages from individual citizens, as well as various groups and organizations of veterans, requesting to volunteer and head to border areas.
The Ministry of Defense stated: “We express our deep gratitude to our citizens for their readiness to support the defense of the Homeland's borders. However, we must inform that there is currently no need for the recruitment of this core group of unyielding and always ready patriotic defenders, including soldiers, veterans, and individual citizens.”
The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia continue to confidently fulfill all assigned tasks and maintain full control of the situation along the entire length of the border, delivering a worthy counterstrike against any provocations from the adversary.
Should the need for volunteer recruitment arise, the Ministry of Defense will issue a special announcement.
