Young Man and Girlfriend Stranded on Rocks in Hrazdan Gorge

On July 12, at 21:44, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a young man, along with his girlfriend, had climbed onto the rocks in Hrazdan Gorge, near Alikhanian Street, and was unable to descend.

Two rescue teams were dispatched to the scene from the Special Rescue Operations Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The rescuers successfully helped Grigor G. (born in 1997) and Irina P. (born in 1999) to a safe area using ropes.
