Rescuers Free Vehicles from Flooding

On July 11, at 21:35, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that vehicles had become trapped in rainwater near the city of Metsamor on the Yerevan-Metsamor highway, requiring assistance from rescuers.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Armavir regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as an operational group from the regional crisis management center, were dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers successfully freed approximately 20 vehicles from the blockage and delineated the flooded area by changing the roadway. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
