Unidentified Individuals Take Hostages in Church Near Johannesburg
Unidentified individuals have taken hostages in a church located near Johannesburg, South Africa. It has just been reported that the police have successfully freed the hostages. Approximately 40 individuals have been arrested, and weapons have been seized, including rifles, handguns, and various types of ammunition.
According to law enforcement, gunshots were heard at the Church of the Fifty, where four people were burned in a vehicle, and a guard was shot at another church. Six individuals sustained injuries. A total of 30 firearms have been discovered. The motive may stem from animosity among congregants.
