Car Accident Near 'Pillar': 18-Year-Old Driver and 17-Year-Old Passenger Hospitalized
The National Emergency Management Agency of Armenia reported that today, July 7, at 01:09, an alert was received at the Crisis Management National Center regarding a car accident near the intersection of Tigran Mets Avenue and the 'Pillar' shopping center in Yerevan.
A firefighting unit from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan Division and a rescue team from the special rescue operations center were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a 'VAZ-2107' vehicle was involved in the accident at the intersection of Tigran Mets Avenue and Kristapori Street. The driver, Roland M. (born in 2002), and the passenger, Vahe H. (born in 2003), were hospitalized with varying degrees of injuries at the Surb Astvatsamayr Medical Center, where their condition was assessed as stable.
The rescuers disconnected the vehicle's power supply.
