20-Year-Old Russian Soldier Found Dead in Apartment in Shirak Province

A tragic incident has occurred in Shirak Province. Between 16:30 and 17:00, the police in Gyumri's Mush district received a report about a man's hanging body in one of the apartments on Halabyan Street, 8/1.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, police and investigators discovered the body of 20-year-old Salikhov S., a citizen of the Russian Federation, in the bedroom. Shamshyan's sources indicate that he was serving at the 102nd military base located in Gyumri. Currently, it is being discussed whether the Shirak Province investigative department or representatives from the military base will handle the case.

The photojournalist also reported that a letter was found at the scene.
