New Details About the Woman Who Jumped from the Ararat Medical Center
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: The condition of the 55-year-old woman who jumped from the third floor of the Ararat Medical Center while receiving treatment for COVID-19 remains serious. She is currently in the intensive care unit of the "Grigor Lusavorich" Medical Center, conscious, but suffering from bilateral pneumonia.
The hospital also indicated that if her COVID-19 condition permits, next week the woman will undergo several orthopedic and neurological surgeries. "Two surgeries are planned, in several stages. At this moment, pneumonia is still being treated," said the hospital's spokesperson, Tzovinar Khachatryan.
The woman has sustained injuries to both legs and her spine. Earlier, it was reported that this is not the first time she has taken such a step.
