39-Year-Old Man Dies in Hospital After Hit-and-Run Incident
On July 1, around 4:00 AM, an unidentified driver struck 39-year-old Edgar P. on the 40th kilometer of the Margara-Vanadzor highway and then fled the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
The driver reported to the Ashtarak police department at 8:00 AM on the same day. His "VAZ-2106" vehicle has been moved to a secured area.
An investigation is underway.
