Warning Received of Citizen Attempting Suicide by Jumping from a High-Rise Building in Gyumri
On July 1 at 17:02, a call was received at the National Crisis Management Center reporting that a citizen was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from a high-rise building in Gyumri.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that an operational group from the Shirak regional rescue department and a firefighting team have been dispatched to the scene.
