Standing Vehicles with Passengers Detected
On June 30, specialists from the Yerevan Territorial Division of the RA State Transport Safety Inspectorate and employees of the RA Police conducted joint activities in the Nor Nork administrative district aimed at monitoring and preventing violations of safety rules established by the decisions of the pandemic commandant. The goal was to prevent the further spread of the pandemic.
As a result of extensive control and constant monitoring carried out from early morning, inspectors discovered three vehicles with standing passengers and one vehicle that lacked disinfectant liquid. During today’s inspection, no violations were found in the taxi transportation system.
Alongside the monitoring, daily awareness and explanatory work have been carried out, and immediate correction instructions were given on-site for certain deficiencies. The results of continuous monitoring and control conducted by the Inspectorate for over a month indicate a positive trend in the compliance with safety regulations in public transport, as the number of identified violations and corresponding administrative records continues to decline.
The daily supervisory work of the State Transport Safety Inspectorate continues throughout the republic.
