Gas Leak in Sari Tagh Leads to Fire Incident
On June 29, at 09:12, the National Crisis Management Center received a report of a gas leak from a cylinder igniting in the yard of a house on 5th Street in Sari Tagh, Yerevan.
Two firefighting units from the Emergency Situations Ministry’s Yerevan Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a gas leak occurred from a 10 kg gas cylinder, which resulted in a fire.
The fire was contained by 09:36 and extinguished by 09:38. The gas that had leaked from the cylinder was burned.
