Basketball Player Pierre Ghukas of Aragats Dies in Car Accident
On June 23, a car accident on the Yerevan-Sevan highway resulted in the death of 26-year-old Pierre Ghukas, an athlete from the Aragats basketball club. In connection with the athlete's passing, the Basketball Federation of Armenia has expressed its condolences.
“The Basketball Federation of Armenia extends its deepest condolences to the family, relatives, and friends of Pierre Ghukas,” reads the statement issued by the federation.
