43,536 Violations Recorded for Breaching State of Emergency Regulations

The emergency service units of the Police of the Republic of Armenia continue to operate throughout the country. The Police informs that in parallel, special measures are being carried out in various administrative areas to ensure effective monitoring of compliance with the requirements set forth by the Commandant.

In total, 43,536 violations of the legal regime of the state of emergency have been recorded to date, with 1,595 cases of violations identified during the emergency service operations carried out on June 22.

The National Security Service, the Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts, and the Military Police are also involved in the emergency service operations. “Additionally, the police squads, in cooperation with inspection bodies, are conducting effective monitoring through inspections in yards, places of self-isolation and quarantine, during wake and funeral services, and in establishments engaged in trade and public catering. Dear citizens, the emergency service of the police continues; please adhere to the rules of the state of emergency,” the statement reads.
