500 Puppies Found on Plane to Toronto, 38 Deceased French Bulldog Puppies
In Canada, an investigation has been launched regarding the discovery of 500 puppies aboard a Ukrainian International Airlines flight heading to Toronto, of which 38 were found deceased, reports The Guardian.
The surviving French Bulldog puppies exhibited signs of dehydration, weakness, and vomiting. The animals were discovered in the aircraft on June 13, as the plane landed, according to a statement from Canada's food inspection agency.
The UIA expressed condolences on its Facebook page over the tragic loss of the puppies and stated that it is working with local authorities.
