Rescuers Bring Citizen Out of Pit; Citizen Hospitalized with Injuries
On June 17, at 05:50, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a citizen had fallen into a pit and injured his leg near a speedometer on Saralanj Street in Yerevan. Rescuers were requested to assist in bringing the individual out of the pit and approaching the ambulance.
The special rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations responded to the scene. Rescuers extracted Yanosh B. (born 1969) from a pit approximately 5 meters deep and brought him to the ambulance. The citizen was hospitalized at Astghik Medical Center with bodily injuries, where doctors assessed his health condition as satisfactory.
