Ministry of Defense Initiates Rotation of Members of the Public Council
In connection with the two-year term of the Public Council affiliated with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia coming to an end, the Ministry of Defense is initiating the rotation of members of the Public Council.
Membership in the Public Council is based on the principle of voluntariness and is established on the basis of submitted applications. Representatives from non-governmental organizations, media outlets, organizations representing national minorities, experts, and other interested individuals who have at least two years of professional experience in the defense sector may be included in the Public Council.
An application to become a member of the Public Council consists of the following documents: a letter addressed to the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, a resume, a photograph, a recommendation from the nominating organization, and a certificate regarding activities related to the defense sector.
Applications are accepted from June 15 to July 15 of the current year. Applications must be sent electronically to the address [email protected] with the subject line "Application for Membership in the Public Council." For more information, please call 010 523482.
