Road Accident Involving Arsen Torosyan: 10-Year-Old Child Struck on Right Side of Vehicle

Armenia's Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan, has reported that he was involved in a road traffic accident approximately 1.5 hours ago. On his Facebook page, he wrote, "I was behind the wheel of my personal vehicle. While entering Vardanants Street from Sakharov Square (on my way to work), my vehicle struck a 10-year-old child on the right side during slow movement."

He continued, “I immediately transported the child to the hospital, where all necessary examinations were conducted. Fortunately, the child only sustained a scratch on the right elbow area, and there is no threat to his life or health. He will remain under medical supervision for some time before being discharged to go home.”

Torosyan also noted that police were promptly informed about the incident to prepare the required documents.
