Technical Error in Referral Document for Shushi Hospital, Health Ministry Spokesperson Says

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Alina Nikoghosyan, stated that a technical error occurred regarding the referral document for a resident of Artsakh arriving from Russia to Shushi hospital.

"I ask everyone to refrain from unnecessary speculation on this issue," added the spokesperson.

It is worth mentioning that the Sasna Tsrer Pan-Armenian movement published a photo of the referral from Norq Infectious Clinical Hospital on their Facebook page, indicating that the hospital referred the citizen arriving from Russia for isolation, specifying, "Isolation address: Azerbaijan, Shushi city."
