Roads in Armenia Mostly Passable; Lars Open for Freight Trucks

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 08:00 on June 11, roads in Armenia are passable.

Regarding Lars, according to information from Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs Emergency Situations Department and the North Ossetia Crisis Management Center of Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Stepanatkert-Lars road is open only for freight vehicles due to the state of emergency.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision prohibiting the entry of foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. This restriction does not apply to freight transportation.
