One of the Causes of Coronavirus Spread is Underground Weddings: Prime Minister

We are encountering numerous cases where the source of the infection spread is the failure to adhere to anti-epidemic rules during funerals or memorial services. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during today’s government meeting.

He also emphasized that this supervision should be conducted not only by law enforcement agencies but also by local self-governments.

“Another reason for the spread of the coronavirus is what are termed underground weddings, and incidentally, this has been the case from the very first day, but at that time they were not underground, or even if they were, I cannot recall, but it is very important that our beloved compatriots take this issue extremely seriously,” said the Prime Minister.
