Second Case of Kawasaki Syndrome Recorded in Armenia: Ministry Spokesperson
A second case of Kawasaki syndrome has been recorded in Armenia. This was reported to the media by Alina Nikoghosyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health.
Nikoghosyan noted that the child is 9 years old. She added that the initial condition was severe, but with medication intervention, the situation has stabilized. There has already been clinical improvement.
According to Nikoghosyan, a 4-year-old child infected with the same illness has already been discharged from the hospital but remains under medical supervision.
