Narayr Babayan Appointed as First Deputy Chief of Police by Artsakh President
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a series of decrees on June 9. This was reported by the Office of the President of Artsakh.
Major General Andranik Sureni Hakobyan has been relieved of his duties as the first deputy chief of police of the Republic of Artsakh due to his transition to retirement after many years of service.
Major General Boris Ashoti Yengibaryan has also been relieved from his position as the deputy chief of police and chief of staff of the Republic of Artsakh for similar reasons.
Colonel Narayr Shaboy Babayan has been appointed as the first deputy chief of police of the Republic of Artsakh.
