606 Violations of State of Emergency Regulations Identified in One Day: Police
The external service units of the Armenian police continue to operate under the state of emergency regime throughout the republic. Concurrently, special measures are being implemented in various administrative districts to ensure effective control over compliance with the requirements of the governor’s decisions.
As a whole, a total of 25,697 records have been drawn up for violations of the state of emergency regulations, and on June 8, during the operation carried out under the state of emergency regime, 606 cases of violations were identified. Corresponding records have been created for all violations.
In the framework of the intensified service, checkpoints have been set up throughout the territory of the republic. The checkpoints located in the capital are changing at different times of the day as necessary and are situated in various parts of the administrative districts.
Additionally, the police squads, in cooperation with supervisory bodies, are conducting effective monitoring through inspections in yards, self-isolation and quarantine areas, during memorial and funeral ceremonies, and at establishments engaged in trade and public catering.
